Important: All file processing is performed 100% client-side in your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. The processing uses your device's CPU and memory. Our hosting provider (Vercel) only serves the website code - they never receive or process your files.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MediaKit.live only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to:

Process files that contain illegal content
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware or malicious content
Attempt to disrupt or compromise our services
Use automated tools to access our services in a way that degrades performance

4. Intellectual Property

The MediaKit.live name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of MediaKit.live. You retain all rights to the files you process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MediaKit.live is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of our services is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaKit.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You are solely responsible for the files you process using MediaKit.live. We recommend keeping backups of your original files before processing. We are not responsible for any data loss or file corruption that may occur during processing.
